I believe that your cake should be as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. All of my cakes are made with the freshest ingredients many of which are locally sourced. They contain four, freshly baked sponges, carefully layered with a range of decadent fillings including, mouth-watering syrup infusions, homemade preserves, flavoured buttercreams and ganache.
Wedding cake tiers are always at least 5” tall and can be coated with a naked, semi naked, full buttercream finish, or ganache and sugarpaste. I use the finest Belgian Chocolate in my ganache and a professional grade Swiss sugarpaste for my wedding cakes, this ensures a flawless finish to your design.
