A cake should always taste as good as it looks!

I believe that your cake should be as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside.  All of my cakes are made with the freshest ingredients many of which are locally sourced.  They contain four, freshly baked sponges, carefully layered with a range of decadent fillings including, mouth-watering syrup infusions, homemade preserves, flavoured buttercreams and ganache.

Wedding cake tiers are always at least 5” tall and can be coated with a naked, semi naked, full buttercream finish, or ganache and sugarpaste.  I use the finest Belgian Chocolate in my ganache and a professional grade Swiss sugarpaste for my wedding cakes, this ensures a flawless finish to your design.

I have worked hard to create a luxurious range of flavours for my customers.  My wedding cake menu has received wonderful feedback from bride and grooms and their chosen flavours were well received by their guests.  My menu options can also be tailored to suit your preferred flavour choices.

SIGNATURE VANILLA

Madagascan vanilla sponge with raspberry or strawberry preserve and vanilla buttercream

LEMON DRIZZLE

Zesty lemon sponge layered with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE

Decadent rich, chocolate sponge layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream

CHERRY BAKEWELL

Almond sponge layered with cherry preserve, chopped cherries and cherry and almond buttercream

BANOFFEE

Toffee flavoured sponge drizzled with banana syrup, layered with caramel sauce and banana buttercream

COOKIES AND CREAM

Rich chocolate sponge layered with crushed Oreo vanilla buttercream

ORANGE DRIZZLE

Light Orange sponge layered with orange curd and orange buttercream

LEMON & ELDERFLOWER

Light, lemon sponge infused with Elderflower syrup, layered with lemon curd and lemon and elderflower buttercream

CARROT CAKE

Soft carrot cake sponge layered with either orange buttercream or vanilla cheesecake buttercream

TOFFEE & SALTED CARAMEL

Toffee sponge layered with Lotus Biscoff, Caramel sauce and Salted Caramel buttercream

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT

Belgian Chocolate sponge layered with Nutella, crushed Ferrero Rocher and chocolate hazelnut buttercream

BLACK FOREST

Rich chocolate sponge layered with kirsch syrup, Morello cherry preserve and Cherry buttercream

STICKY TOFFEE SPONGE

Toffee sponge layered with sticky toffee sauce and toffee buttercream

SPICED GINGER CAKE

Rich ginger sponge layered with a winter spiced buttercream

BOOZY FRUITCAKE

Our traditional fruit cake is packed with Brandy soaked fruit with a marzipan layer and royal iced or soft fondant finish.
